Refund & Cancellation Policy

I. Prescription Medications

Under federal and state pharmaceutical regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed by the pharmacy. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the safety and integrity of medical products. If you are prescribed a medication, the sale is final once the pharmacy begins processing the order.

II. Subscription Cancellations

ForgeMeds operates on a recurring subscription model. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time via your Client Dashboard. To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Once a subscription charge has been processed and the pharmacy is notified to dispense the medication, that specific month's charge is non-refundable.

III. Medical Consultation Fees

Your subscription includes the cost of medical consultations. If a provider determines that you are not a suitable candidate for treatment after reviewing your health assessment, your payment will be fully refunded. However, if a prescription is issued and you simply change your mind, the consultation portion of the fee is non-refundable.

IV. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your medication arrives damaged, compromised, or does not arrive due to a carrier error, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy to investigate and, if applicable, issue a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer cash refunds for shipping issues.
